Role Overview:

As a Regional Business Advisor, you'll be responsible for advising and supporting small businesses across New Zealand. Whether you're offering marketing guidance, financial insights, or general business advice, your expertise will make a significant impact on our clients' success. This role offers the flexibility of working independently while benefiting from the resources and support of our established brand.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience and expertise in marketing, accounting, or general business advisory
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for supporting small businesses and driving success
  • Want to be a part of a bigger team, with day to day support so you're not working out there alone
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively
  • Knowledge of the New Zealand business landscape and understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices

Are you a Financial Advisor?

  • For financial advisors, you must hold a relevant NZ recognized qualification and be currently registered as an FAP on the FSP Register with the Financial Markets Authority (FMA).

As independent contractors, Regional Business Advisors will have the opportunity to build their own client base and earn based on their performance. With the autonomy to manage their own area and earning potential, the sky is the limit. Advisors can expect an hourly rate of $80-$90+GST per hour (after admin fees). Additionally, advisors will have the flexibility to operate their own business and leverage their skills and expertise to drive success in their designated patch with their unique skillset.
