Role Overview:

As a Regional Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients throughout New Zealand. With a focus on driving sales and revenue growth, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and market presence in the region. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with the potential for high earning potential based on commission.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated success in sales or business development roles, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of leads effectively
  • Knowledge of the New Zealand market and understanding of local business landscape and B2B opportunities

As a Regional Development Manager, you'll operate within the designated region where the job is offered, leveraging your sales expertise to drive growth and expansion. You'll earn a competitive commission % on all sales revenue generated, with the assurance that for every sale you make, we'll handle the administrative tasks and backend support to ensure seamless execution. This high-level commission structure allows you to maximize your earning potential while focusing on what you do best – selling.

As an RDM, your OTE potential ranges from $70,000 to $120,000+ per annum, depending on your dedication and experience. With minimal administration tasks and flexible working hours, you have the opportunity to maximize your income while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
